Civil Engineer, PE - Project Manager

Webuild () is actively seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer / Project Manager to spearhead project engineering efforts encompassing all facets of planning and design for oil and gas, power, and civil / utility development projects throughout the Houston, Texas marketplace.

Our ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in designing land development projects. This experience should span various aspects, including site design, underground utilities (comprising roadways, pads, sewer systems, water infrastructure, storm drains and power), as well as rough and final grading, hydraulic calculations and landscape/erosion plans as necessary. Proficiency in developing both conceptual and final designs, developing project cost estimates, managing budgets, conducting project scheduling, and managing client relationships while effectively gaining municipal ordinance requirements/approvals is required for traditional land development of large linear - oil/gas projects.

As the Civil Engineer / Project Manager, you will take on the pivotal role of leading all civil design activities related to a diverse portfolio of land development projects within the marketplace. You will not only provide comprehensive technical design leadership but also manage client relationships to ensure the efficient completion of projects within budgetary and timeline constraints.

Candidates should hold a degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. You must be a registered Professional Civil Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities and proficiencies with AutoCAD Civil 3D are essential in this role.
