In your role as a HVAC Service Technician, you will be the expert responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing all types of residential indoor comfort systems. You will leverage your technical skills and customer service focus to ensure client comfort and satisfaction on every service call.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair all residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment
- Pinpoint the root cause of malfunctions and clearly communicate effective repair solutions and pricing options to homeowners
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to uphold optimal system performance and prevent future problems
- Maintain accurate digital documentation of service activities, detailing equipment status, repairs conducted, and parts utilized
- Use mobile technology for job management; ServiceTitan experience is preferred
- Interact with customers professionally and courteously, addressing their concerns and suggesting system improvements
- Remain informed about industry advancements and best practices to continually enhance technical expertise.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adherence to all safety standards
- Expected to be On-call one week every six weeks. On-call duties are for after-hours emergencies up until 8:00 PM and on weekends
Requirements
- Looking for individuals with 3+ years of experience
- Residential service experience is preferred
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual ability is a plus
- Technically knowledgeable and knows what they are doing
- Willingness to learn, paramount core values, and technically knowledgeable
What Can We Do for You?
- Competitive Pay: Competitive Base with commission opportunities (OTE: $80,000 - $150,000)

The compensation for this position is expected to range OTE: $80,000 - $150,000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
