Job Description

Looking for a project manager with 6-8 years of experience.

General:

• Will be the PM for in-house software development team of 10 15 persons, doing 2 3 projects.
• Team uses .Net/C# and is mostly-Agile methodology.
• This is MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for custom code we use in our factories for laser engraving on our products.
• Team is mature, but needs a strong project manager for task management, scrum meetings, etc. related to custom development.
• It's a preference for .Net/C#, but previous dev experience with contemporary dev code is suitable.
• Experience in a company similar size of YETI ($ 1.83 billion 2024) and/or 150-person Technology Department.
• Technical undergraduate degree preferred.

Typical Functions:

• Conducting & facilitating workshops related to Discovery. Planning, and Execution of projects.
• Recording Risks and Issues.
• Documenting Action Items.
• Documenting RACI.
• Creating Weekly Status Reports.
• When needed, creating and processing Project Change Requests.
• Conduct Agile Scrum meetings.
• Participate in Resource Forecasting.
• Perform project close activities.
