The ideal candidate will be a skilled technician with a proven track record of delivering showroom-quality results and a desire to grow with a leading company in the industry.

• Perform a wide range of interior and exterior detailing services to the highest standards, including comprehensive cleaning, washing, and waxing.
• Expertly apply ceramic coatings, perform paint correction, and conduct other advanced detailing services.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and advise on necessary services.
• Proactively engage with customers to explain services, answer questions, and upsell additional treatments and packages, earning a 15% commission on all generated sales.
• Operate and maintain a variety of detailing equipment, including buffers, steamers, and vacuums.
• Manage inventory of cleaning and detailing supplies, ensuring the workshop is always well-stocked.
• Uphold a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a professional auto detailer, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in paint correction, ceramic coating application, and other advanced detailing techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for achieving automotive perfection.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
