Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to deliver remote mental health services to clients in Texas. This role focuses on helping clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns through regular virtual sessions. You will play a key part in evaluating concerns, guiding treatment, documenting progress, and supporting clients with practical clinical care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients on a regular schedule
- Assess emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs
- Create individualized treatment plans with realistic goals
- Keep clinical notes and records updated in a timely manner
- Support clients with coping strategies and therapeutic interventions
- Review progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
Requirements
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
