Key Objectives

• Provide compassionate and practical support to clients undergoing rehabilitation.
• Assist in implementing individualized care plans designed to promote recovery and wellness.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living activities, including mobility, personal care, and exercise routines.
• Monitor and document client progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the rehabilitation team.
• Encourage and motivate clients to participate actively in their rehabilitation programs.
• Assist in creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes physical and emotional well-being.
• Facilitate communication between clients, families, and healthcare providers as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on best practices and care techniques.
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in health or social care is a plus.
• Previous experience in rehabilitation support, healthcare, or related fields preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to client-centered care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Basic knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and health & safety protocols.
• Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and daily activities.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to meet client needs.
