Entravision is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Traffic Coordinator to join its McAllen, Texas operations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced media environments and have strong administrative and coordination skills, particularly in handling broadcast traffic logs, reporting, and copy management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate preparation and reconciliation of traffic schedules and related documentation. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask efficiently while meeting deadlines in a dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, and reconcile traffic logs, reports, and copy materials
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in scheduling and broadcast coordination tasks
• Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple assignments simultaneously
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow operations
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all assigned tasks
• Support the Traffic Manager in daily operational requirements
• Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as required

Qualifications & Requirements:
