Job Title: Senior Industrial Engineer

Location : Greater Allentown, PA Area

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

Summary:

A reputable industrial manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Sr. Industrial Engineer for their Greater Allentown, PA facility.

Responsibilities:

The ideal Sr. Industrial Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop efficient manufacturing methods, labor standards, and cost analyses to optimize facility and staff use.
• Review production data and engineering specs to inform manufacturing processes and improvements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and engineering analyses for new or improved product designs.
• Use 3D CAD tools (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD) to design fixtures and floor layouts for efficient workflows.
• Support product testing, prototype development, and training for new product introductions.
• Apply statistical methods (e.g., Minitab) to set quality standards, evaluate equipment accuracy, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

The ideal Sr. Industrial Engineer will have the following skill set:

• Bachelor's in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process improvement role within a manufacturing environment
• HVAC experience not required, but preferred
