What you'll do
- Apply brand voice and standards across global digital channels.
- Update HTML, XML and JSON files formats for booking, check-in, travel waivers and operational messaging.
- Support multilingual content automated translation tools.
- Deploy updates using various content management systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals.
- Create and manage homepage and site-wide marketing placements.
- Keep content fresh, accessible and optimized – checking for accuracy, broken links, SEO and overall quality.
- Write and edit digital content for complex digital initiatives.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent publishing needs (weather or operational alerts) including weekends and late nights.
- Perform other duties consistent with the position.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Technical Communications or equivalent experience / training
- 1 – 2 years of experience working in a CMS and writing and editing concise, web / mobile friendly content for a global brand or high- traffic / transactional website
- 1 – 2 years of experience applying HTML, CSS and JSON files using a content management system
- 1 – 2 years of experience using and maintaining advanced technologies for content management
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- 3+ years of CMS experience, including writing, editing and translating SEO-optimized content
- Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams of editors and translators
- Travel industry experience or general knowledge of the airline industry
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Experience and knowledge of HTML and ability to troubleshoot for content-related technical issues
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Adaptability and comfort with fast-paced, changing environments
- Understanding of content strategy and digital best practices
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
