Planner/Scheduler Lead/Supervisor

Hourly pay rate: $34.30
Location: Woodlands, TX (Candidates must live within 5-20 miles; open to New Caney, TX or Cleveland, TX)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior staff in planning and scheduling best practices.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Job Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a related field (maintenance or construction) with specific expertise in planning and scheduling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in computer technology and scheduling tools.
• Demonstrated decision-making skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members.
