Dining Services Director

The Courtyards | Cima Senior Living The Courtyards, part of Cima Senior Living, is hiring a Dining Services Director to lead daily dining operations in our senior living community. - Competitive Pay: $58,000 - $60,000/year + Credit for experience
- Schedule: Monday - Friday | Variable Shifts| Weekend and Holiday Rotations

- Oversee all aspects of the dining services operations and compliance
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, service, and hospitality
- Responsible for meal planning, staff supervision, budgeting, compliance with dietary regulations, and creating a positive dining experience for residents
- Ensure meals meet nutritional requirements and accommodate special dietary needs
- Lead and manage the dining services team, kitchen staff, and servers
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment (required)
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Texas Food Manager Certification Program
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen/dining environment
