We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level, Communications Systems Full Stack Software Developer with a focus on IVR, SMS systems, Robodialers, and web development to contribute to our growing team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions that enhance our communication platforms and web-based applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create reliable, scalable, and high-performance applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to design, develop, and maintain full stack applications, including both communication platforms and web-based applications.
• IVR Solutions: Develop and integrate IVR applications that facilitate efficient and interactive communication between users and our systems. Implement voice recognition, call routing, and data integration to enhance the IVR experience.
• SMS Systems: Design and implement SMS systems that enable seamless and timely text-based communication. Integrate with external APIs for sending and receiving SMS messages, and ensure message delivery and tracking.
• Robodialers: Build/Optimize Robodialer systems to automate outbound calls, surveys, and notifications. Implement call scheduling, result tracking, and integration with databases.
• Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications that provide intuitive user interfaces and smooth user experiences. Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and visually appealing designs.
• Code Maintenance: Collaborate with the team to ensure code quality, security, and scalability. Perform regular code reviews and debugging to maintain high-quality software solutions.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing. Identify and resolve bugs and issues in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to software design, architecture, and development processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the overall product development process.
• Research and Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to IVR, SMS systems, Robodialers, web development, and full stack development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies, including server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby) and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in full stack development, IVR, SMS systems, Robodialers, and web development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or similar languages used for web and application development.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g. React) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express).
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website creation platforms (e.g. Wordpress)
• Familiarity with telecommunication technologies, IVR platforms, SMS gateways, Robodialer systems, and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn about new technologies and industry developments.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies is a plus.
