Administrative Professional DC
- Answers phones in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with consumer medical record
- Enter consumer information into SmartCare
- Generates and maintain daily unit census
- Open/close consumer assignments in system when the consumer is admitted/discharged
- Responds in a timely and professional manner to requests from unit staff
- Orders and maintains unit supplies
- Generates/produces requested reports, documents or forms.
- Considerable knowledge of complex clerical procedures and office practices; Agency procedures and policies; rules and regulations concerning work performed; and supervisory techniques.
- Ability to understand and follow departmental policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Plan, assign, and coordinate work of subordinates; instruct and train clerical workers.
- Prepare complex reports; compose correspondence; and establish and maintain good public relations.
