Behavior Technicians to join our Treatment and Learning Center. You'll work one-on-one and in small groups with children with autism and developmental delays, helping them build critical life, social, and communication skills through

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) .

What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with guidance from BCBAs/BCaBAs.
• Teach social, communication, self-help, academic, and vocational skills.
• Collect data, track progress, and contribute to each child's success.
• Support children displaying challenging behaviors with patience and care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
