The Role:

We are seeking driven, experienced sales professionals to join our team. This is a remote, full-time position that operates on Central Standard Time .

This role is fast-paced, high-energy, medium to high pressure, and high-reward —you’ll be the direct connection between our clients and our luxury services. You’ll handle incoming leads, close high-ticket sales, and support clients through their journey with Cowboy Coatings.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage and build relationships with high-end clients over the phone, email, and online.
• Sell high-ticket detailing services, including paint correction, ceramic coating, and PPF.
• Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and close sales with confidence.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in a medium to high-pressure environment .
• Operate in Central Time Zone and maintain flexibility for client schedules.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience (required) – you must have a proven track record of closing deals.
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment .
• Self-motivated, resilient, and hungry for success.
• Interest in luxury, automotive, or high-ticket industries is a plus.
• Full-time availability and commitment.
• Preference for candidates located in Frisco or Dallas, TX (not required).
