Compensation

Base range of $175,000$225,000, with flexible total compensation structured to reflect the value and business you bring.

Summary

A well-established, multi-state law firm is expanding into Texasand they're looking for a seasoned litigator to lead the charge.

This is a rare opportunity to launch and grow a new regional presence while supported by a proven 20+ year platform. You'll have the autonomy to run your practice your wayhiring your own team, managing your own cases, and building your own bookwith the operational backing of a deeply experienced national team.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex litigation matters across insurance defense, construction defect, auto accidents, and third-party liability
• Operate as the firm's sole Texas Partner, collaborating closely with teams in other states
• Manage client relationships from intake to resolution, including litigation strategy
• Build and grow your book of business while expanding the firm's Texas footprint
• Ensure full compliance with Texas Bar standards

What We're Looking For

• Licensed attorney in Texas (in good standing) with 7+ years of litigation experience
• Proven success in insurance defense, construction litigation, or personal injury
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• 1M+ in annual originations
• Team leadership or hiring experience is a plus
