We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Account Executive to join our thriving engineering team. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving our business forward, utilizing their expertise in B2B sales, lead generation, territory management, and logistics. The Permanent Account Executive will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth and success. Key responsibilities include: 1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
2. Generating high-quality sales leads and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
3. Conducting product presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the unique value proposition of our engineering solutions.
4. Negotiating and closing business deals that maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Utilizing an in-depth understanding of logistics to optimize sales processes and customer interactions.
6. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform sales strategies.
7. Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
8. Managing and growing a robust book of business, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
9. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and business opportunities are maximized. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the engineering industry.
2. Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and territory management.
3. Demonstrated expertise in managing a large and diverse book of business.
4. Solid understanding of logistics and its impact on sales processes and customer interactions.
5. Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills.
6. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex engineering solutions to a diverse audience.
7. Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
8. Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
9. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
