Senior Analyst - Technology Partnerships

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by leading market research, driving analyses, and shaping strategic recommendations. You will play a key role in advancing partnership initiatives, assessing emerging technologies, and developing business cases that drive revenue growth and market expansion. This is an opportunity to work alongside senior leadership, engage directly with best-of-breed technology providers, and influence how Paradigm approaches its most strategic partnership opportunities.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct and lead in-depth market research on the residential construction and building products sector to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and new opportunities enabled by technology partnerships.
• Analyze and synthesize data from internal and external sources to pinpoint high-potential markets, partners, and co-development opportunities.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to develop strategic business cases, partnership proposals, and go-to-market recommendations.
• Lead the evaluation of potential technology partners, including their capabilities, market positioning, and fit with Paradigm’s solutions.
• Serve as the primary PMO contact for the technology partnerships function, driving the coordination of proposals from intake through decision, ensuring priorities are tracked, timelines are met, and stakeholders are aligned.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and dashboards that communicate insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and report on partnership performance metrics, highlighting insights and areas for optimization, and proactively recommend improvements.
• Guide cross-functional projects, ensuring business, product, and technical teams are aligned on objectives, timelines, and partnership deliverables.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry shifts, and potential disruptors to inform Paradigm’s long-term partnership strategy.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, AI/Data Science, or a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proven experience interpreting data, conducting market analysis, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to connect market opportunities to business and technology partnership strategies.
• Exceptional research, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and distill complex concepts into clear recommendations.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions, technology ecosystems, AI/Data Science technologies, or digital transformation projects strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technical, and external partner teams.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with the confidence to take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate-level pay begins at $60,000 annually. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
