Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Warehouse Logistic Coordinator

This is a logistic coordinator position with a primary purpose to provide support to our warehouse customer. This role would be directly reporting into Genpact Sr. Service Delivery Leaser. The role is based at the client location.

Responsibilities

• · Optimize shipments, improve on time delivery, and cost efficiency of customer deliveries through lean approach.
• · Ensure transport management system (OTM) and process compliance and integrity
• · Evaluate and drive transport mode and service level optimization.
• · Investigate logistics non-conformities, identify and record corrective actions.
• · Work cross functionality with stakeholders, members of Gas Power Logistics team and business operations related to the logistics strategy and execution.
• · Provide excellent customer service.
• · Accountable for accurate OTM and logistics related data and associated KPI report availability
• · Responsible for payment issue and NCR case resolution
• · Accountable for executing transportation goals, strategies, and procedures in accordance with GAS Power Logistics initiatives.
• · Lead the shipment planning process by enhanced systems utilization and contractual coverage through collaboration with business operations.
• · Work location: Warehouse in Houston (16605 Air Center Blvd)

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• · College Degree
• · Proficiency in various MS Office applications especially Excel, Power Point etc
• · Self-starter and ability to work independently on running smooth staffing sales and operation process
• · Ability to work and coordinate with client and various internal teams at Genpact

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• · Experience using Oracle E-Business Applications, or similar business intelligence applications
• · Experience in Contract/Proposal and Purchase Order analysis
• · Strong analytical skills
• · Background in Information Systems a PLUS
• · Excellent customer interaction and communication skills
• · Must be able to work in multi-disciplinary teams
• · Thorough knowledge of Microsoft products with an emphasis on Excel
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
