Position Summary

The President of Advanced Microwave Imaging provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership for all business activities related to advanced microwave imaging technologies, solutions, and services. This role oversees organizational growth, product innovation, market expansion, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure the company remains a leader in high‑performance imaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long‑term business strategies that drive innovation, revenue growth, and competitive positioning in the microwave imaging sector.
• Operational Oversight: Lead day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Technology & Product Development: Guide R&D initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and oversee the development of advanced imaging products and solutions.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
• Business Development: Expand market presence through partnerships, customer engagement, and new business opportunities.
• Regulatory & Compliance Leadership: Ensure all products and operations meet industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership & Culture: Build and mentor high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Communication: Represent the organization to clients, partners, investors, and industry groups.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in technology, engineering, imaging systems, or related industries.
• Strong technical understanding of microwave imaging, RF systems, or advanced sensing technologies.
• Proven track record of driving organizational growth and leading complex technical programs.
• Financial and business acumen with experience managing P&L.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Advanced degree preferred in engineering, physics, business, or a related field.
