At Earthworks, Inc. , we build long-term relationships with our clients by delivering consistently high-quality landscaping services. We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives on being in the field, solving problems, building trust, and making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on leadership, communication, and project oversight. You’ll be the go-to person for your accounts, someone our clients know they can count on, and our crews respect and rely on for direction and support.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Relationships

• Be the primary point of contact for a set of commercial landscape accounts
• Keep communication strong through regular site visits and check-ins
• Spot client needs before they become problems and offer smart, service-based solutions
• Step in to resolve any issues quickly

Project Oversight

• Make sure all maintenance and enhancement work meets our standards
• Work closely with field supervisors and crews to keep jobs on track and on budget
• Catch potential issues early, follow through, and always deliver on promises

Growing the Business

• Look for upsell opportunities on your accounts and help secure contract renewals
• Tap into your network and local connections to bring in new business
• Attend local events and represent Earthworks with professionalism and pride

Administrative Tasks

• Keep client info, proposals, and service documentation up to date in our CRM
• Handle quotes, change orders, and billing details accurately
• Communicate schedule changes and updates internally and externally

Team Leadership

• Support field supervisors and crew leads, making sure they have what they need
• Keep an eye on job site performance and pitch in to keep quality high
• Help train, mentor, and grow our field staff

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in landscaping, account management, or service-focused sales
• A solid understanding of landscape maintenance and project management
• Strong communication skills, you’re someone who clients and crews feel comfortable with
• Organized, solutions-minded, and calm under pressure
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation

Bonus Points For:

• An Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or something similar
• Experience with job costing, safety compliance, and hands-on site leadership
• A genuine passion for outdoor spaces and great service
• Experience with Aspire Software
