Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented on-call Bartender to join our luxury premium Clubs team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

• Creates drink orders following alcohol serving guidelines in the inclusive clubs.
• Utilizes the point of sale system to input drink orders accurately and present checks to guests for payment.
• Sets up and stocks the assigned bar with necessary inventory, bar tools, and ice.
• Responsible for all breakdown and cleaning of the assigned bar.
• Helps create an overall enjoyable bar experience and promotes a safe, clean, and neat environment for guests and other associates.
• Exhibits exceptional communication skills with all management, staff, and guests.
• Gets along well with others, demonstrates flexibility and patience; possesses an interest in people; Maintains composure under pressure.
• Demonstrates knowledge of building amenities to answer guest questions and provide directions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Stadium/ Arena, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club, or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
• Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
• Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to (50) pounds.
