Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas or compact equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Critical Care or ICU setting.
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Proficiency with advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills in high-acuity environments.
