What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll help clients understand available benefit programs while building long-term relationships based on trust and service.

Client Service Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Review existing policies and explain available solutions
• Assist clients with enrollment paperwork and benefit updates
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and exceptional service

Professional Development
