Job Description:

Welcome to the Customer Success Internship at CoStar Group! This 10-week program offers a unique opportunity for college students eager to jumpstart their careers in Customer Success, with hands-on exposure to leading brands such as CoStar and Matterport. You’ll gain valuable experience working directly with our Customer Success team, contributing to key Success initiatives, and learning how to drive business success within the residential, commercial real estate and property technology sectors.

As a Customer Success Intern, you will collaborate closely with seasoned customer success professionals, providing support across various functions while gaining insight into the sales and customer success process and the platforms we offer. This is your chance to build a foundation for a successful customer success career in a fast-paced, dynamic industry. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Engagement: Assist with onboarding new customers by helping to prepare success materials, documentation, and client communications.
  • Product Enablement: Learn the ins and outs of Matterport’s platform and help clients get the most out of our tools by supporting product walk-throughs and usage guidance.
  • Account Insights: Analyze usage data and client feedback to identify engagement trends, product adoption barriers, and improvement opportunities.
  • Customer Segmentation: Help maintain CRM records to ensure clear, personalized touchpoints across the customer journey.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to deliver seamless service and elevate the customer experience.
  • Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to inform sales strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited, non-profit, in-person college or university, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
  • Curious, proactive, and enthusiastic about helping customers succeed
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, analytical, and comfortable working with digital platforms
  • A team player eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for learning.
