Machine Operator / production finish Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm )

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, metal fabrication, or industrial production environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with finishing processes such as sanding, grinding, deburring, or surface preparation is highly beneficial.
• Experience operating production machinery (manual or CNC) used to shape, cut, or finish metal components.

Machine Operator / production finish Qualifications:

• Ability to learn fundamental machining concepts and demonstrate proficiency in using measuring devices.
• Must be physically able to handle heavy items, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning components.
• Requires average math skills, with the ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English and complete simple logs and reports in English.
• Work closely with other team members, including supervisors, to optimize production processes and implement improvements.
