Generator Supercenter, a member of the largest Generac dealership in North America, is hiring lead generators with an upbeat personality to schedule in-home consultations for our partners such as Lowes, Home Depot and Costco. No experience required.

This position has a flexible schedule with an opportunity for a lead conversion bonuses in addition to a competitive hourly rate and milage reimbursement.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Engage store customers to determine their interest in a Generac whole home standby generator.

Schedule In-Home Consultations utilizing multiple software applications.

Support other lead generating activities such as home shows and networking events.

Achieve agreed upon lead conversion goals and sales outcomes.

Requirements:

Friendly upbeat and outgoing personality with the desire to serve others.

The ability to use basic Microsoft programs as well as company specific software such as Salesforce.

Highly motivated and goal driven.
