Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Opportunity: Temporary Assignment

BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to support an apartment community in Sanger, TX 76266 . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a clean and attractive community, and works well independently.

Job Description

• Maintain the appearance of community grounds and common areas.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property.
• Blow sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Assist with light landscaping and general grounds maintenance.
• Help ensure the property is clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily grounds inspections and cleanup.
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain dumpster areas.
• Blow and clean sidewalks, curbs, breezeways, and parking areas.
• Assist with light landscaping and irrigation checks as needed.
• Support the maintenance team with additional property tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures while working on the property.

Required Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, porter, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Pulse Operator Certification is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the day.
