Concrete Crew Leader
Join our team in Kerrville, Texas, as a Concrete Construction Leader . This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of project work, working closely with the Project Manager. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew of concrete workers to ensure project goals are met efficiently and safely.
- Plan and schedule the use of machinery and equipment, ensuring all are inspected and maintained according to guidelines.
- Oversee the ordering, handling, and storage of materials and supplies.
- Operate equipment, hand, and power tools as needed.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment by all crew members.
- Communicate company policies and project updates to workers effectively.
- Assist other workers and perform additional duties as required to support project success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading a construction crew, particularly in concrete work.
- Strong understanding of construction machinery and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling items of 50lbs or more.
