- Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, modifications, and enforcements
- Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents and handle discovery
- Conduct hearings, mediations, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism
- Communicate consistently with clients and move cases forward efficiently
- Minimum of three years of experience focused on family law
- Strong courtroom experience in hearings and contested matters
- Excellent communication, writing, and client management skills
- Active bar license in the state with good standing
