In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for families, helping them access essential nutrition and health resources while supporting efficient clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients at the front desk.
• Schedule and manage appointments using internal systems.
• Verify eligibility documentation (ID, income, address).
• Accurately enter data into the WIC database.
• Conduct basic health measurements (height, weight, hemoglobin) under supervision.
• Issue WIC benefits and explain usage.
• Provide program information and answer client questions.
• Handle incoming calls and administrative tasks.
• Support lab procedures, documentation, and outreach activities.
• Maintain compliance with state guidelines and performance standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-volume clinic team.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of administrative or data entry experience within a clinical, healthcare, or social services environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Comfortable with occasional bending, lifting, and extended sitting.
• Team-oriented with a service-driven mindset.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
• Third Saturday of each month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
