MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (ALL SHIFTS)

Snelling Staffing is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Maintenance Technician in San Antonio, TX 78264 to join a mechanical maintenance team at an automotive manufacturing plant located on the south side of San Antonio. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the facilities and equipment. PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• Starting at $23.50-$25.00/hr DOE
• Available Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
    • (must be able to train on 1st shift 6:00 AM-2:30 PM)
• South San Antonio, TX area
• Weekly Pay via pay card or Direct Deposit

MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN DUTIES:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on paint shop equipment, including spray booths, conveyors, and robotic systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Monitor and maintain paint delivery systems to ensure optimal performance and quality standards
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and inspections to uphold safety and operational efficiency

MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Drug screen and criminal background check required
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
• Must have reliable transportation (not on the bus line)
• Basic knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, and conveyor systems
