FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – 2ND SHIFT

Snelling Staffing Services is hiring an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift to join a mechanical maintenance team at a major automotive manufacturing facility on the south side of San Antonio. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting facility and equipment upkeep to ensure smooth operations.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• Starting at $22.00/hr+ depending on experience
• 4 Days, 40 Hours!
  • 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Includes weekends)
  • Shift days rotate monthly: Sunday–Wednesday / Wednesday–Saturday
• South San Antonio, TX area
• Weekly Pay via pay card or Direct Deposit

• Short temp-to-hire conversion period

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (2ND SHIFT) DUTIES:

• Repair dock doors (overhead, high-speed roll-up, and coiling types)
• Restroom maintenance and general plumbing repairs
• Be able to clear clogs using augers
• Pump maintenance , greasing, and lubrication
• Basic electrical troubleshooting of assembly line equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot general mechanical issues (no special license or certification required)

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (2ND SHIFT) REQUIREMENTS:

• Drug screen and criminal background check required
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
• Must have reliable transportation (not on the bus line)
• Basic knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, and conveyor systems
