Our state-of-the-art Circularity Center, currently under construction in Houston, TX, will be the first large scale facility in the United States, designed to process a diverse range of post-consumer, commercial, and industrial plastic waste. This innovative center will have the capacity to produce 300 million pounds of custom-formulated feedstock per year and convert it into ISCC-PLUS-certified feedstock suitable for mechanical and advanced recycling applications.

Role Overview
The Collection and Partnership Program s Man ager is responsible for coordinating the local execution of plastic collection and drop-off programs that support Cyclyx's mission to increase recycling rates and reduce plastic waste. This hands-on role works with municipalities, community organizations, logistics partners, and facility teams to operationalize collection initiatives. This role works to support corporate strategic partnerships for Cyclyx to collect and process plastics nationwide to build scalable, sustainable recycling solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, action-driven, and skilled at recycling collection progr ams t o help bring partnership strategies to life at the local level.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the rollout of local partnerships, plastic collection and drop-off programs
- Coordinate logistics with local partners, including municipalities, haulers, and site hosts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of program goals and execution timelines
- Manage site selection , material staging, and community access for collection events and programs
- Liaise with local schools, nonprofits, and businesses to build participation and community awareness
- Track and report collection volumes, participant feedback, and operational performance
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies for collection efforts
- Resolve day-to-day operational challenges related to collection events and drop-off locations
- Represent Cyclyx in local partner meetings, site visits, and community events
- Estab lish and support strategic partnerships with co mpanies in the value chain to collect and recycle plastics at Cyclyx Circularity Centers or with dedicated partners to meet company goals
- Work with the Operations and Commercial team to n egotiate agreements with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and resource commitments
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness, environmental impact, and ROI
- Provide input to the Senior Director, Partnerships and other team members on program performance, lessons learned, and communit y needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in waste management program coordination and logistics
- Experience with plastic waste management and collection infrastructure
- Strong organizational and operational skills, with experience managing events or site-based programs
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with local partners, vendors, and community members
- Comfortable working independently and in the field with hands-on responsibilities
- Preferred e xperience working with municipal or nonprofit partners on community programs
Education/Training
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, logistics , public administration, or a related field
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Position Mechanics
- Reports to : Chief Impact Officer
- Type : Exempt; Full-time
- Work Hours : Flexible, but must be available 8:00–5:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work
- Location : Houston, TX
- Work Environment : Mix of office, field, and industrial settings; PPE may be required at times
- Travel : Moderate-up to 25% as needed to support site visits, events, and local program launches
- Physical Demand is substantially that of an office environment. Occasional lifting and manual work.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status.
