Paralegal
bachelors degree required
- 5 day/week onsite at clients Houston office
- MS Office suite proficiency
- Assisting legal staff with preparation and execution of agreements and associated documents
- Corporate filings associated with clients registration to do business in various states, corporate annual report in Delaware
- Review of legal invoices and coordination with legal staff and chief counsel on invoice review and approval process
- Electronic filing of agreements, correspondence, filings and other items in clients Legal’s electronic files
- Outside counsel spend tracking
- Reporting processes internationally including weekly report of legal matters (with input from legal staff), various other monthly and periodic reports
