Our firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in the overall litigation process, working closely with our attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Coordinating and managing document production and discovery requests.
• Drafting and filing legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and subpoenas.
• Maintaining an organized and up-to-date case file system, including a list of all hearings, depositions, and deadlines.
• Managing and tracking billable hours accurately.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Proficient in eFiling and familiar with legal research databases.
• Strong knowledge of litigation process and legal terminology.
