Executive Assistant II
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements while prioritizing schedules efficiently.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Serve as liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders, providing professional communication and support.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and professional etiquette skills.
- Proficiency in office software, calendar management, and administrative procedures.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of office and calendar management experience.
