As RVD, you will help ensure veterinary centers provide quality medical care, exceptional customer service, and business performance, through recruiting, supervising, and developing outstanding medical directors and associate veterinarians. In addition, you will collaborate with the Regional Managers to ensure the delivery of complete pet care services within their region. What You'll Be Doing (Essential Duties)
-Support the mission, vision, culture, and policies of the veterinarian organization through hiring, recruiting, referrals and retention. Partner with Regional Managers on doctor retention, staffing support, and compensation. Ensure the delivery of an exceptional onboarding and mentorship experience.
-Drive regional performance to deliver outstanding, quality medical care & customer service that focuses on overall health & well-being for patients, utilizing all aspects of the organization's service center.
-Develop and manage performance plans to meet center budgets and doctor production requirements, in partnership with Regional Managers.
-Develop and manage annual budgets, in partnership with the Regional Managers.

-A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD) or equivalent foreign degree is required.
-Five years of clinical veterinary experience are required.
-Two years of hospital leadership experience are required.
-Two years of veterinary multi-location management experience is preferred.
-Active, valid veterinary license in at least one state of responsibility, DEA license & USDA Accreditation is required. May be required to attain additional state licenses. You'll Be a Great Fit If:
