What You’ll Be Doing:

As a key member of the production team, you will:

• Operate and monitor heavy industrial production equipment.
• Run a 15-foot press used to press and form materials into panels.
• Assist in operating a powerful 500-ton machine.
• Set up machines and adjust settings to meet production specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Read and follow production orders and blueprints.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine checks.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace.

Your work will directly support production efficiency, product quality, and overall team success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3+ years operating industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Availability for first shift.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Bend, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and production noise.
