Role: FIELD SUPERVISOR
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Job Description
Responsible for the daily pulse of the site, coordinating logistics, and labor safety.
Experience:
- 10+ years of onsite supervision in the construction industry.
- Preferred certification in Airfield Driving and Safety protocols.
- Experience managing Airside versus Landside construction logistics and security gate protocols.
- Expertise in daily manpower tracking and verifying contractor daily logs for accuracy.
- Strong conflict-resolution skills for managing trade-to-trade site access issues.
Comprehensive knowledge of Houston building codes and environmental regulations (SWPPP).
