We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting/Bookkeeper (AR/AP) to join our team and play a key role in supporting our financial operations.

Your Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

• Monitor and maintain customer accounts, payments, balances, and terms
• Reconcile accounts, post payments, and manage invoicing
• Update customer records and handle discrepancies
• Manage recurring invoicing and maintain account documentation
• Communicate with customers regarding account-related matters

Accounts Payable

• Review and reconcile vendor accounts to ensure timely, accurate payments
• Issue payments and monitor credit card transactions
• Ensure vendor credits are applied properly and manage payment schedules
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment terms and account details

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Google Suite and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheets and formulas
• Basic accounting experience or at least one year of entry-level accounting coursework
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
