As a Lease Tax Clerk, you'll be essential to ensuring property tax accuracy across hundreds of customer accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with banking, accounting, or administrative experience looking to expand into a specialized finance role within a supportive, structured team.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$18–$20/hr. Based on Experience

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

LOCATION: North Fort Worth

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply municipal lease and property tax bills to customer accounts in a timely, accurate manner
• Maintain and update tax tracking ledgers using Microsoft Excel
• Serve as backup support for the lease tax phone lines, responding to client tax billing inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile payment discrepancies and track invoice activity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year managing data in Excel spreadsheets with formulas and conditional formatting
• 2+ years of experience in banking, accounting, or administrative finance roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume work
• Excellent communication skills and phone professionalism
• High School Diploma or GED required

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
• Internal billing/accounting systems (training provided)
• Multi-line phone systems

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience handling property tax or lease tax documentation
• Auditing experience
