Guest Service Sales Associate

• SUNDAYS MANDATORY - Friday & Saturday highly preferred
• CLOSING SHIFTS MANDATORY & PRIMARILY
• This is primarily a SALES position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, creating a memorable experience for every guest
• Promote Wax Pass memberships and retail products
• Build relationships with guests by enthusiastically greeting guests, engaging in conversation while waiting for services + educating on EWC products, services, and Wax Pass savings
• Book reservations, answer phone calls, and make follow up calls
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all time
• Help maintains an impeccable clean Wax Center
• Experience & Skills Required
• Enjoy interacting with guests; be well-spoken and maintain a professional appearance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
• A strong desire to work with others and engage guests with energy and enthusiasm for the brand
• Must be customer service oriented and able to utilize effective communication with all guests, center management, and fellow associates

Saturday and Sunday shifts

Evening shifts.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
