How You Will Make An Impact:

- Analyze quality and reliability data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and computer-generated technical reports.

- Experience developing or maintaining inspection, testing, sampling, and quality-control procedures.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, product specifications, and engineering reports.
- Working knowledge of production equipment, testing equipment, measurement systems, and analytical tools.
- Experience evaluating product integrity, manufacturing process capability, reliability, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing software, including CAD-related applications, is preferred.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and collaborative work style with the confidence to serve as the site's primary quality subject-matter resource.
- Leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide technical guidance, training, and constructive performance feedback.
