ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a high-impact VP of Customer of North America to lead our customer function which comprises of a strong 450+ client base including some of the market’s leading CPA firms. This role is for a confident and credible leader who has strong experience in driving B2B revenue growth, customer retention and advisory. This role is aligned to CREATE GROWTH + Accelerate Revenue and enhance customer engagement.
This role will work alongside senior leadership to influence the overall sales strategy of the region, as well as provide input to sales workforce planning, team design and market expansion.
As a natural coach and mentor, you will be able to move into execution where required to ensure customer success and excellence across all client segments, whilst also seamlessly collaborate and provide executive level insights based on your client knowledge.
Develop strategic account plans with the existing account base that creates a strategy and deliverables that align to actions to acquire, grow and keep the customer
REVENUE OBJECTIVES
30%- 50% year-over year revenue expansion within the existing client base by deepening account relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities outcomes within current & new customer base.
Implementation of key initiatives to increase revenue from current clients through proactive engagements, tailored success plans, data-driven expansion strategies by providing insights to create value for the client’s business withing the NA Market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own customer retention, expansion, and overall revenue growth for existing clients in North America
- Develop and execute a best-in-class customer strategy aligned with regional growth goals
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing customer-facing team
- Build strong, trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and key clients
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations to improve client outcomes
- Drive CRM system discipline, ensuring forecasting accuracy, and customer health visibility
- Identify opportunities to expand TOA’s footprint within existing accounts
- Lead initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational excellence
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 6+ years of proven experience in sales, customer success, or account management roles
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing, preferably global teams
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue through customer growth
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform strategy and execution
- Background in services, outsourcing, staffing, or professional services (preferred)
