Talespin was founded by chef brothers Devan and Eddie, who wanted to build a place where chefs could cook great food, avoid the corporate noise, take care of their team, and feed their community. That mission still drives everything we do.
Great Pay Structure: Every hourly team member participates in tip share (currently averaging an extra $5 $6/hr).
No Late Nights: We close at 8 PM (7 PM on Sundays). Most cooks are home by 9:30 PM .
Generous PTO: 3 weeks PTO after 6 months. Two of those weeks are during our annual closures (Christmas week & Fourth of July week).
Real Growth Opportunities: We re expanding with a second location coming Q2, plus a food truck and catering trailer. We always prefer promoting from within .
Continued Education: Owners Devan & Eddie bring 25+ years of experience across QSR, fine dining, franchising, food trucks, and more and they love to teach.

Reliable transportation
