Are you a CDL-A driver searching for a fulfilling OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, you will be out for 1-2 weeks depending on your location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though some 2-week stretches may occur. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet that is no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads utilize 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven each week. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can expect to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. You become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
