Applications Development Group Manager

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Group Manager for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Serve as the primary technical lead for the Omni-Channel Journey Analytics Platform implementation, leading the Architecture Design, On-Boarding/Installment, and/or setting up data file connections to vendor. Utilize software development technologies. Assist with the implementation of the platform and ability of business to visualize the Customer Journey across multiple channels identifying risks. Provide implementation guidelines for system secure to customers or installation teams. Implement solutions focusing on reuse and industry standards at a program, enterprise or operational scope and ensure compliance with established architecture, design patterns, policies, standards, and practices. Incumbent is expected to supervise 4 employees holding the titles of Senior Developer, Basic Developer, and Business Analyst. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field, and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered, as a Software Developer or in a related occupation. Must have seven (7) years of experience with all of the following: Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Web Services, Oracle, XML, and Junit. 40 hrs./wk.
