HR Coordinator - Manufacturing Environment (DAL)
Regal Staffing Services is currently hiring a HR Coordinator located in the Wilmer, TX 75172 area.

Shifts/Pay Rate:
Monday - Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm | $23.00hr
Responsibilities:
- Supports day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Maintains accurate employee records and performs data entry in HRIS systems while ensuring confidentiality.
- Completes, audits, and maintains Form I-9 documentation in compliance with federal requirements.
- Assists with benefits administration, including employee inquiries, enrollments, and changes.
- Supports onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Conducts employee relations investigations by responding to complaints, interviewing involved parties, and documenting findings.
- Partners with leadership to address employee relations matters and recommend next steps.
- Communicates professionally and objectively when handling sensitive employee issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, or high-volume environments.
- Strong data entry skills with hands-on HRIS experience.
- Knowledge of Form I-9 compliance, audits, and recordkeeping.
- Experience supporting benefits administration and employee relations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and a positive, employee-focused attitude.
- Stable work history.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
