Front Desk Lead Receptionist
:
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist Supervisor with at least two years of experience to work in a Medical Office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome patients and visitors into the clinic
- Check in patients
- Accurately enter patient information into database
- Answer phone and schedule appointments
- Verify all insurance and input into chart
- Manage schedule for department
- Train staff on new policies as needed
Communicate well with all departments
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Must be Bilingual; Spanish required
- eClinicalWorks experience preferred
- Some Medical experience required
- Great communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and compassionate attitude
- HS Diploma required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be flexible to work 7 days per week evening and weekend
Candidates will have:
· Drug test
· Typing test
· Verifiable experience check
· Background check
· Computer knowledge test
· Commitment on schedule
· English/Spanish Test
· Work Authorization
· FT Available
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
