Senior Interaction Designer - Landmark
- Design end-to-end user experiences across complex product workflows
- Translate product requirements into clear, usable, and scalable interface designs
- Identify and contribute reusable patterns and components to the design system
- Ensure alignment between design specifications and implemented experiences
- Collaborate closely with engineering to support high-quality delivery
- Contribute to the evolution of interaction models and UX patterns across products
- Support the adoption and consistent use of the design system within product teams
- Help define how emerging capabilities-such as AI-assisted interfaces and dynamic UI-are applied in real product scenarios
- Provide feedback and insights to improve system usability and coverage based on real-world usage
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field-or equivalent practical experience
- 5-8+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Experience working on complex workflows or enterprise applications
- Strong interaction design and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to or working within a design system
- Experience designing across multiple products or platforms
- Familiarity with component-based design approaches
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in how AI is shaping user experience and product design
- Experience designing for or experimenting with:
- AI-assisted workflows (co-pilot experiences)
- Dynamic or adaptive interfaces
- Familiarity with emerging tools in AI-assisted design and prototyping
- Ability to evaluate and refine AI-influenced designs for usability and consistency
